US Shipping
We offer free shipping up to 48 states. All items will ship within 24 Hours (Monday - Friday). Payment cleared/received on Friday will be sent on the Next business days. Sometimes shortages may occur with products. If there are circumstances where we do not have an item to fulfill an order, we will notify you by email by the next business day.
International shipping
Canada
We offer shipping option to most Canadian address. Shipping rates do not include duties & taxes. All prices are in US dollars.
Outside of the US and Canada
We ship to a large number of countries worldwide. Shipping rates will be calculated after shipping address is filled at checkout. All prices are in US dollars.
Using Package forwarders
We understand than many people outside the US will use a package forwarder to get their items abroad. Please be aware that EOS cannot be held liable for damage that may occur after the items are delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may return the item back to us within 30 days. Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 30 days from delivery date.
To return an item, you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). No return package will be accepted without a valid RMA number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Shipping / Handling

You will be responsible for the return shipping fee if the item is non-defective or undamaged. (Unopened package will be consider as non-defective).
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
International shipping fee are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you requested a return shipping label from us.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Re-stocking fee
All non-defective or undamaged products are subject to a 15% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law). There is no restocking fee for damaged or defective products.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@extremeonlinestore.com and send your item to: 30973 Santana St Hayward CA 94544.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver directly.
