An Update on Our Response to the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Since March 16, Extreme Online Store will temporarily close our office located in California, Fremont. This decision was taken by EOS leadership as a precautionary measure due to the rapidly evolving novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). 

Customers will still able to place their orders online. Shipping delays may occur due to limited services provided by UPS, FedEx, and USPS. During this period, all domestic orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days after we processed the shipment. Moreover, we are going to cancel all the international orders until further notice. 

Co-workers are at the heart of our business, Extreme Online Store will continue to support co-workers through its comprehensive benefits package and paid leave policy. All non-essential co-worker travel and large group meetings have been canceled. EOS will assess all measures on a regular base.
