Sedan, coupe (2011-15) and Sport Wagon (2010-14) share the front end but nothing behind the doors, so rear spoilers and rear trim are body-specific. The CTS-V has its own front fascia, mesh grilles and hood, so V front parts do not fit a standard CTS.
