Lighting products, including tail lights, headlights, LED daytime running lights (DRLs), and signal lamps, are covered under a 2-year limited warranty. This warranty guarantees that these products are free from defects such as non-functioning LEDs, internal condensation buildup, or cracks caused by manufacturing faults, provided the products are used under normal conditions.
Products manufactured by third-party brands such as Fabspeed Motorsport, WindRestrictor, Vertical Lambo Doors, and Vette Lights are not covered under Extreme Online Store’s warranty policy. These items fall under the warranty terms set forth by their respective manufacturers. Customers purchasing these products will need to contact the brand directly for any warranty claims. However, our team is available to assist with contact information and guidance on initiating claims with these brands.
Please note that warranties do not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, racing or track usage, off-road driving, or accidents. Normal wear and tear, fading due to environmental exposure, and modifications made to the product after purchase are also excluded from warranty coverage.

This Extreme Off-Road Full-Length Roof Rack and Side Access Ladder Combo is designed for a direct bolt-on assembly on compatible 2018-Present Jeep Wrangler JL 4-Door models.
Begin by assembling the main roof rack frame and seven slotted cross rails according to the included installation manual. Do not fully tighten every fastener until the complete rack has been aligned.
Position the rack mounting brackets at the designated factory roof anchor channels / mounting locations. Install the supplied hardware loosely first so the platform can be centered and checked for proper alignment.
Once the platform is positioned correctly, tighten the roof rack mounting hardware evenly and securely.
Install the side access ladder by aligning its upper mounting bracket with the designated rack rail / mounting channel. Position the lower ladder mount against the specified vehicle mounting location using the supplied protective rubber or foam isolation pad.
Install the supplied bolts, washers, nutserts, and related hardware, then confirm that the ladder sits securely against the intended mounting locations without unnecessary contact with surrounding body panels.
Once the rack and ladder are properly aligned, tighten all mounting hardware evenly.
After installation, verify that the complete assembly is secure before placing cargo on the rack. Recheck mounting hardware periodically, particularly after off-road driving or transporting heavy equipment.
