This warranty covers any manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship that may arise within 90 days from the date of purchase. If a defect is identified, we will evaluate the claim and may offer repair, replacement, or a refund depending on the situation.
Lighting products, including tail lights, headlights, LED daytime running lights (DRLs), and signal lamps, are covered under a 2-year limited warranty. This warranty guarantees that these products are free from defects such as non-functioning LEDs, internal condensation buildup, or cracks caused by manufacturing faults, provided the products are used under normal conditions.
Products manufactured by third-party brands such as Fabspeed Motorsport, WindRestrictor, Vertical Lambo Doors, and Vette Lights are not covered under Extreme Online Store’s warranty policy. These items fall under the warranty terms set forth by their respective manufacturers. Customers purchasing these products will need to contact the brand directly for any warranty claims. However, our team is available to assist with contact information and guidance on initiating claims with these brands.
Please note that warranties do not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, racing or track usage, off-road driving, or accidents. Normal wear and tear, fading due to environmental exposure, and modifications made to the product after purchase are also excluded from warranty coverage.

To process a claim, we will require your order number, proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the defect. We may request the defective product to be returned to our warehouse for inspection before determining the appropriate resolution, which could be a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Warranties are valid only for the original purchaser and are non-transferable. Proof of purchase is necessary for all warranty claims. The timeline for processing warranty claims may vary depending on product availability and the complexity of the issue. This Extreme Off-Road Package Side Access Ladder is designed for a direct bolt-on / bracket-mounted installation on compatible 2018–Present Jeep Wrangler JL models equipped with the required Extreme Off-Road roof rack system.
Before installation, confirm that your vehicle is equipped with the compatible Short Version or Full-Length Extreme Off-Road Package Roof Rack.
Position the ladder alongside the vehicle and loosely align the upper mounting bracket with the designated roof rack side rail / channel mounting location.
Place the supplied protective rubber or foam isolation pads at the applicable lower mounting contact areas before securing the lower bracket.
Install the supplied mounting bolts, washers, nutserts, and other hardware as required by the mounting layout.
Do not fully tighten individual fasteners until the ladder has been properly aligned. Once positioning is confirmed, tighten mounting hardware evenly and verify that the ladder is rigid and securely attached.
After installation, check that the ladder does not interfere with doors, roof accessories, or surrounding body components.
Periodically inspect mounting hardware, especially after off-road driving or repeated ladder use.
Installation manual is not included.
Professional installation is recommended.
