At Extreme Online Store, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality automotive accessories and stand behind the craftsmanship of our products. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer limited warranties depending on the product category.

For all body kits, interior accessories, and exhaust components, we provide a 90-day limited warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship that may arise within 90 days from the date of purchase. If a defect is identified, we will evaluate the claim and may offer repair, replacement, or a refund depending on the situation.

Lighting products, including tail lights, headlights, LED daytime running lights (DRLs), and signal lamps, are covered under a 2-year limited warranty. This warranty guarantees that these products are free from defects such as non-functioning LEDs, internal condensation buildup, or cracks caused by manufacturing faults, provided the products are used under normal conditions.

Products manufactured by third-party brands such as Fabspeed Motorsport, WindRestrictor, Vertical Lambo Doors, and Vette Lights are not covered under Extreme Online Store’s warranty policy. These items fall under the warranty terms set forth by their respective manufacturers. Customers purchasing these products will need to contact the brand directly for any warranty claims. However, our team is available to assist with contact information and guidance on initiating claims with these brands.

Please note that warranties do not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, racing or track usage, off-road driving, or accidents. Normal wear and tear, fading due to environmental exposure, and modifications made to the product after purchase are also excluded from warranty coverage.

If you experience any issues with your product that you believe fall under our warranty policy, you should contact us at support@extremeonlinestore.com. To process a claim, we will require your order number, proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the defect. We may request the defective product to be returned to our warehouse for inspection before determining the appropriate resolution, which could be a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Warranties are valid only for the original purchaser and are non-transferable. Proof of purchase is necessary for all warranty claims. The timeline for processing warranty claims may vary depending on product availability and the complexity of the issue. Our team is committed to handling every warranty request with care and efficiency.

We appreciate your business and strive to ensure every customer has a positive experience with Extreme Online Store. For any further questions regarding our warranty terms or assistance with a claim, please contact us at support@extremeonlinestore.com.
