Lighting products, including tail lights, headlights, LED daytime running lights (DRLs), and signal lamps, are covered under a 2-year limited warranty. This warranty guarantees that these products are free from defects such as non-functioning LEDs, internal condensation buildup, or cracks caused by manufacturing faults, provided the products are used under normal conditions.

Products manufactured by third-party brands such as Fabspeed Motorsport, WindRestrictor, Vertical Lambo Doors, and Vette Lights are not covered under Extreme Online Store’s warranty policy. These items fall under the warranty terms set forth by their respective manufacturers. Customers purchasing these products will need to contact the brand directly for any warranty claims. However, our team is available to assist with contact information and guidance on initiating claims with these brands.

Please note that warranties do not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, racing or track usage, off-road driving, or accidents. Normal wear and tear, fading due to environmental exposure, and modifications made to the product after purchase are also excluded from warranty coverage.

To process a claim, we will require your order number, proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the defect. First of all, I'm not a professional mechanic. I'm just an old guy who can still turn a wrench while following instructions -and I did this all myself -cuz I didn't have anyone else to help! I love the overall look however the fit could've been a bit better. The passenger side skirt somehow fit differently than the driver's side (btw, my vette has never been in an accident). And after breaking the driver's side where it attaches to the rear of the side skirt (no hardware included and my first attempt failed -yep, my bad), I decided to uninstall both sides and reinstall the new set when it arrived so I could compare sets. The passenger side fit better than the first set, but still left a small visible gap between rocker and skirt. Drivers side fit was spot on with both sets and went on very easily. -- Ok , the front splitter ...I thought it'd be more rigid for easy alignment, but it wasn't. -Find center, set with tape and see how close both ends meet at the fender. The drivers side looks fine but again, the passenger side was about 3/16" shorter. The air intakes turn slightly downward while fitting snugly around the corner of bumper, so I guess it's supposed to be like this? Overall, I really like the new look, I just wish it was a little more plug and play for this base vette and it's perhaps overambitious owner. :)
