Installation

These 2010–2014 Ford Mustang S197 LED Tail Lights are designed for a direct bolt-on and plug-and-play style installation using the vehicle's factory tail light mounting locations and electrical harness connections.

Before installation, disconnect the vehicle battery as appropriate and remove the original rear tail light assemblies according to standard Mustang tail light removal procedures.

Position each new LED tail light assembly in the correct driver-side and passenger-side opening. Connect the supplied tail light connector directly to the corresponding factory wiring harness and verify the connection is fully seated.

Test all lighting functions before completing installation, including:

• Running lights
• Brake lights
• Left and right sequential turn signals
• Reverse lights

Once proper operation has been confirmed, secure the assemblies using the original mounting locations and applicable factory fasteners.

Install the included lower bumper filler trim strips in their corresponding positions as required for the conversion.

No normal wire splicing or custom bulb installation is required for the tail light assemblies.
