This warranty covers any manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship that may arise within 90 days from the date of purchase. If a defect is identified, we will evaluate the claim and may offer repair, replacement, or a refund depending on the situation.
Lighting products, including tail lights, headlights, LED daytime running lights (DRLs), and signal lamps, are covered under a 2-year limited warranty. This warranty guarantees that these products are free from defects such as non-functioning LEDs, internal condensation buildup, or cracks caused by manufacturing faults, provided the products are used under normal conditions.
Products manufactured by third-party brands such as Fabspeed Motorsport, WindRestrictor, Vertical Lambo Doors, and Vette Lights are not covered under Extreme Online Store’s warranty policy. These items fall under the warranty terms set forth by their respective manufacturers. Customers purchasing these products will need to contact the brand directly for any warranty claims. However, our team is available to assist with contact information and guidance on initiating claims with these brands.
Please note that warranties do not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, racing or track usage, off-road driving, or accidents. Normal wear and tear, fading due to environmental exposure, and modifications made to the product after purchase are also excluded from warranty coverage.

To process a claim, we will require your order number, proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the defect. This EOS Performance Package Carbon Fiber Front Side Canard Set is designed for a direct add-on installation on compatible 2025-Present Cadillac CT5 Sport and CT5-V models.
Before installation, thoroughly clean the outer front bumper mounting areas using isopropyl alcohol or another suitable automotive surface cleaner. Remove dirt, wax, grease, ceramic residue, or other contaminants that may reduce adhesive strength.
Test-fit both canards before removing the adhesive backing to verify proper driver-side and passenger-side positioning.
Apply or expose the supplied heavy-duty automotive double-sided adhesive tape along the back mounting flanges.
Carefully position each canard against the corresponding outer front bumper contour and press firmly into place.
Install the included underside retaining screws and mounting hardware to provide additional mechanical support.
Once installation is complete, confirm that both sides are properly aligned and securely mounted.
Installation manual is not included. Professional installation is recommended.
